So how often should you use protein? I use a protein bonding conditioner every 2 weeks

Okay so if I get my hair done every 2 weeks and my stylist uses this both times… that’s too much and she using it wrong? Btw I go to an actual hair salon with a licensed stylist. So I’m genuinely curious if she’s maybe using it wrong? My hair is growing and not damaged
